I arrived early at 10:20, because on the internet and at the agency's access doors it says that the schedule starts at 10:00, it was 11:10 and no one helped me, the cleaning people didn't even, good morning, never. They attended to me personally, because I decided to go to the Toyota agency, located in Aqueduct. I do not recommend this place, I don't know what the owners of the agency think when a client leaves the place.

Very disappointed in the seller on duty today, Dec 26, with an unprofessional attitude and no respect for the customer, despite not having any more customers to serve.

It's a shame that one of the best brands in the world has such bad agencies, at least in Morelia. In one they do not give guarantees of anything and they send one to the other agency (aqueduct). In the other they are only trips and trips and they resolve when they want. So in Mexico...
